2. Fruits and Vegetables (to provide vitamins A and C)
Tomatoes (and tomato products)
Spinach (and other greens)

Carrots
Apricots
Pumpkin
Peaches
Orange Juice

Pineapple Juice

3. Additional foods to make cooking and eating the basics easier and also adds variety:
Dry yeast

    I would like for the walmart here in Monroe, NC to carry powdered butter, powdered cheese and dehydrated stuff. I think a lot of people would purchase it. This walmart doesn’t yet sell grains in bulk but is starting to have larger bags of stuff like rice, beans and sugar. I have to go out of my way to go to Sam’s or Costco. It isn’t fair to the consumers. Thanks

    I agree, I live in Wilmington NC and the two wal-marts here also do not carry the food storage items that were mentioned in the article here. We order everything from Be prepared .com and the Readystore but it would really be nice to be able to just go in and buy what you want and need when you want it nad have the mondy on hand.
