Living in the country is one the the best ways to become completely independent and self-sufficient. Why do people have to have jobs and work and earn tons of money … because of the high expenses of living in the city.
If you lived in the country, you can live “off-the-grid” and have your own well for water, solar panels and wind turbines for electricity, burn your trash, heat your home with a fire place, et cetera. Not to mention the added expense of owning a vehicle and driving all around town, which in essence is for the purpose of spending more money.
